Due to an extremely healthy pipeline of work, this BIG4 firm is looking to strengthen its Business Recovery team with a highly driven Corporate Insolvency individual to support managers and senior managers in corporate insolvency portfolio management, setting strategies for and driving case progression, and achieving statutory and regulatory compliance.
The successful individual will work on a diverse range of cases from cradle to grave covering Administrations, CVL's and MVL's. You will take responsibility for certain aspects of corporate insolvency cases and support case managers and senior managers in achieving 100% compliance with legislation, professional regulations and internal procedures. You will primarily be office-based in the Leeds though there will opportunities for on site work particularly on trading administrations.
Applicants should possess strong corporate insolvency experience (3 years minimum ideally), excellent project management skills and the characteristics of an insolvency individual namely an ability to diffuse difficult situations, be calm under pressure and treat people with dignity and respect. The work is full time and primarily office-based, although the successful candidate may need to attend external meetings, residential training courses and trading sites at short notice. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility in terms of working extra hours and staying away will be required.
