    Role

    Our client, an award winning national Corporate Finance and Advisory House, is looking to strengthen its newly formed Financial Modelling team with a highly accomplished individual to support on all aspects of financial business modelling and project analysis to enable clients to make better decision making and planning.

    The firm offers a diverse and varied range of services including Designing and developing business forecast and project models; Business case writing; Financial due diligence; Operational project reviews; Ongoing financial resource support into small businesses; and

    advising on procurement strategy. Specifically responsibilities will cover:

    ? Supporting clients through the model development process;

    ? Designing and developing complex business models;

    ? Leading multiple engagements on a day to day basis;

    ? Developing analytical techniques, technical skills and commercial awareness;

    ? Contributing to the business development initiatives;

    ? Contributing to developing the team and propositions;

    ? Contributing effectively to project teams and taking responsibility for completing work; and

    ? Maintaining contacts with key client staff once a project is complete.



    Applicants should be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong grasp of integrated financial statements, ideally proven experience of developing models (applicants are welcome from non financial modelling candidates though you should be highly proficient in Excel), possess strong problem solving and presentation skills (it is a client facing role).

    This represents a hugely commercial role that you can make your mark. You will be well equipped to embark upon a whole range of career routes such as Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Commercial Finance.
