As a result of a period of exponential growth, this high growth Private Equity backed FS Investment business requires a Conduct Risk specialist to join their expanding Risk and Compliance team to take the lead in providing assurance over the business' outsourced service providers and ensure the delivery of appropriate customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

o Co-ordinating and performing oversight over service providers, to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies

o Identifying conduct risks and monitoring the quality of customer outcomes, through risked based call listening and customer account reviews

o Supporting a company wide FCA Authorisation project

o Managing and tracking remediation actions

o Regular communication to stakeholders (internal & external) on key risks identified and areas of good and best practice

o Maintaining and developing Conduct Risk MI

o Developing the Conduct Risk Framework

Applicants should ideally have previous experience/theoretical knowledge of Conduct Risk, QA frameworks and FCA handbook though these requirements are not an absolute must - if you have a strong appetite to build a career in risk and Compliance and are a confident and structured individual and can articulate your transferable skills/experience well then you will be considered.

This represents a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the Risk and Compliance space within one of the most desirable high growth businesses in the North of England.
