As a result of a period of unrivalled growth, this high profile city centre investment business is looking to recruit a Performance Manager to manage the relationship, conduct and performance of all their outsourced service partners.
The successful individual will work to understand external servicing partner performance (through detailed analysis of key MI) and assist the Partner Managers in driving improvements critically you will understand the causes of negative performance trends and implement strategies to correct them. The development of meaningful relationships with these servicing partners is at the heart of the role as well as ensuring appropriate servicing solutions exist for all customers across the panel.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills with an ability to undertake root cause analysis and have strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Naturally you will be required to influence and persuade key contacts internally and at external organisations and therefore have an ability to build rapport and positively influence behaviours.
This role represents one with a wide sphere of influence (working closely with Partner Support Managers, Partner Managers, Senior Partner Managers and Key servicing Partners of the business) and one in which crucially you will contribute hugely to external Partners financial performance.
