    A unique opportunity has arisen with the newly launched Transaction Services team of this award winning Corporate Finance and Advisory House for a recently qualified Accountant seeking to forge a career in Transaction Services.

    Working closely with the Partner and Director, the successful individual will help to deliver a range of transactions (typically in the £5m-£50m deal size range) including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs and debt financing across sectors such as Technology, Retail, Healthcare and Life Sciences. Given the boutique nature of the firm, you will be expected to play a significant part in business development and marketing initiatives including developing relationships with some of the UK's most enviable lower-mid market PE houses.

    This would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) ideally with some form of advisory experience (due diligence or Independent Business review) though applications are welcome from individuals from audit looking to make the move into an Advisory position. What is more crucial is that you possess the transferable skills for Transaction Services i.e strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions. Given the unstructured environment compared to that of a national firm, you must be a self starter and be agile in terms of your approach to work.
