Due to a number of internal promotions, this global Advisory firm with over 2,500 professionals, is looking to strengthen its business recovery team with a highly driven individual to take the lead in corporate insolvency portfolio management.
The successful individual will work on a diverse range of cases covering administrations (trading), liquidations and CVA's. You will take key decisions and ownership of cases, setting strategies for and driving case progression with the object of achieving full statutory and regulatory compliance. You will primarily be office-based in Manchester though there will be opportunities for on site work particularly on trading administrations. There will also be opportunities for Advisory work further down the line such as cash flow modelling, options analysis and contingency planning.
Applicants should possess strong corporate insolvency experience, excellent project management skills and the characteristics of an insolvency individual namely an ability to diffuse difficult situations, be calm under pressure and treat people with dignity and respect. As the position will entail the preparation of financial data an understanding of basic accounting principles would be beneficial.
