    Role

SJC partners is currently working on behalf of a BIG4 firm in London, UK, who are looking to strengthen their Capital Markets advisory team due to a period of sustained and continuous growth. They are looking to hire a experienced audit individual with US GAAP, SEC and PCAOB experience to advise their multinational clients across EMEA who are looking to undergo IPOs, raise capital or consider other transformational strategies.

The successful individual will join a multicultural team to work on a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. You will advise on accounting and regulatory implications and get involved in key transactions across the market. You will also be expected to play a significant part in business development, marketing and managing more junior individuals. The team largely consists of people who have moved from international locations globally. They understand the challenges of an international move and will support you and your family with the transition.

Applicants must be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with a track record of delivering audits and must possess US GAAP, SEC, PCAOB and SOX with IPO experience being an added advantage though not a pre-requisite, preferably within the US or Canada.

This represents an outstanding opportunity to move out of audit into the advisory space.

Where applicable, the successful candidate will be provided with full relocation support, flights to and from London and assistance with accommodation and all other aspects of an international move. My client has multiple people joining their team from abroad each year and should you be relocating, both our client and SJC Partners will work with you to help you settle into your new life abroad.
