    Due to a number of high profile client wins, this award winning TOP10 professional services firm is looking to strengthen its business recovery team with a highly driven individual to take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and to be proactive in progressing those cases.

    The successful individual will work on a diverse range of cases from cradle to grave covering administrations, liquidations and CVA's. You will take key decisions and ownership of cases, setting strategies for and driving case progression with the object of achieving full statutory and regulatory compliance. You will primarily be office-based in the North West though there will opportunities for on site work particularly on trading administrations. In terms of exposure you will liaise with directors, solicitors, creditors and other key stakeholders including banks, HM Revenue & Customs and the Pension Protection Fund.

    Applicants should possess strong corporate insolvency experience, a thorough knowledge of the statutory requirements of insolvent Liquidations and Administrations and ideally a good knowledge of employment and property. The CPI qualification would be an added bonus though not an pre-requisite. You will possess excellent project management skills and the characteristics of an insolvency individual namely an ability to diffuse difficult situations, be calm under pressure and treat people with dignity and respect.
