SJC Partners is working closely with a prestigious Top 10 firm as it looks to recruit a Senior Administrator provide support to the Restructuring Advisory faculty, and the ERA manager, in respect of all areas of dealing with employees and employee claims, in relation to formal insolvencies and advisory work.
Responsibilities will include Obtaining employee information and inputting onto the firm's case management system, providing information to the RPO via their online upload facility and dealing with queries from both the RPO and employees. You will also agree claims when payments have been finalised and dividends are to be paid.
The successful candidate will have the ability to handle correspondence, communication and claims effectively, with an awareness of the effect of redundancy on individuals, and the need to address queries promptly and correctly. The individual will also be able to interact with confidence, sensitivity and knowledge across all levels and grades of staff and have the desire to develop a thorough knowledge of the employee, employer and PPF entitlements in insolvent situations and general employment legislation.
