Due to exponential growth our client, a highly dynamic and award winning investment business, is looking to strengthen it's Client Development function with a highly accomplished Director. In this role you will have the responsibility of improving the business' market position to help achieve financial growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing effective relationships with Director level decision makers across a variety of UK financial services clients as well as spotting and implementing opportunities for improvement and development with prospect and existing clients. As the Client Relationship Director you will be responsible for end to end delivery, analysing and assessing ways to improve operational efficiency through data analysis to maximise account performance. You will have a strong working relationship with the Origination team regarding client developments and the remit to create strategies to further enhance the organisation's client service offering, acting as the key point of escalation for UK client matters at all times.
Applicants should be an excellent team leader and display strong Client Development knowledge ideally within the financial services sector. Having strong negotiation and communication skills is also required along with the ability to spot trends in data.
Candidates should be driven and most importantly be able to influence key stakeholders, including clients, while effectively managing key relationships.
