    Role

SJC Partners is working closely with a prestigious BIG 4 Accountancy firm as it looks to strengthen it's Risk Consulting group with an experienced Capital Markets Manager (Process FRTB). This role has arisen due to a surge of new work within this space.

The successful candidate will be advising and assisting clients with the impact of the changing capital requirements framework (‘Basel 4'), with particular focus on the new market risk requirements and Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (‘FRTB'). This role is primarily a qualitative SME focussing on the impact on bank business models and potential solutions. It will also require you working with senior Front Office (primarily Trading) stakeholders at investment banks as well as other functions such as Risk and Product Control. Furthermore you will expected to manage and develop junior team members and proactively liaise with and update senior internal stakeholders covering project delivery and client marketing.

Applicants must have Market risk knowledge, front Office experience and strong knowledge and understanding of market risk frameworks and processes including risk management, risk control and product control. Proven ability of having responsibility for effectively delivering market risk engagements and strong understanding of regulatory reforms impacting financial institutions (specifically, FRTB) is also required.

This unique role offers a highly competitive salary and bonus package as well as an opportunity for the right individual to join the team at a hugely exciting time as they accelerate momentum and growth and look to build the number one team in the marketplace.
